Transform ordinary air popped popcorn to something totally wonderful with this easy to follow recipe.  You'll never want to touch microwave popcorn again!

Directions:

Plug in your hot air popcorn popper and let it warm up for about a minute.  Pour in recommended amount of popcorn kernels as directed by the popper's manufacturer.  Place the clean paper grocery bag under the air chute ready to capture all the fluffy, white, hot, popped corn.  Place olive oil in a small microwave safe bowl and microwave for a few seconds (10 or less).

Once all the popcorn has been popped, unplug the popper, drizzle in the olive oil, and sprinkle on the salt.  Close the bag and give it several enthusiastic shakes - like you mean business.  Taste the popcorn and see if perhaps you'd like more salt.  Or several shakes of pepper if you're so inclined.  Serve in a bowl, or on a large baking sheet*, or just eat it directly out of the bag.  It will be delicious any way you serve it!
