This cobbler is such a treat, no one will ever know it's healthier than the original.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Filling:
Combine the blueberries and the rest of the filling ingredients in a medium saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and gently simmer for 8 - 10 minutes, stirring frequently so as to avoid any blueberry stickage on the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat.

Put the butter and oil in a deep baking dish (2.5 quart or bigger) and place in oven to melt.

Topping:
Whilst oil and butter are melting, stir together the dry topping ingredients in a 4 cup glass measuring cup*.  Slowly mix/whisk in milk to prevent clumping. Remove baking dish from oven and pour this mixture over melted butter and oil. Do not stir. Lovingly spoon blueberry mixture on top, gently pouring in syrup as well. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.

To serve, scoop onto a plate and serve with your choice of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an added treat.
