More info

Yes!  You CAN make ordinary air popped popcorn into something sweet and totally delicious with this easy to follow recipe.  No stove, pan, or candy thermometer needed!

Directions:

Plug in your hot air popcorn popper and let it warm up for about a minute.  Pour in recommended amount of popcorn kernels as directed by the popper's manufacturer.  Place the clean paper grocery bag under the air chute ready to capture all the fluffy, white, hot, popped corn.  Place butter and brown sugar in a small glass measuring cup and microwave until begins to bubble (about 30 seconds).  Remove and give a quick stir.

Once all the popcorn has been popped, unplug the popper, drizzle butter-brown sugar mixture over popcorn, and sprinkle on desired amount of salt.  Close the bag and give it several enthusiastic shakes - like you mean business.  Taste the popcorn and see if perhaps you'd like more salt.  Serve in a bowl, or on a large baking sheet, or just eat it directly out of the bag.  It will be delicious any way you serve it!
