While tea is steeping, get another 4 cup measuring cup and add ice cubes and enough water to fill to the 4 cup mark. Set aside to let the ice and water intermingle and get really cold.
When the tea has finished steeping, place a splash of the ice water in the container you'll use for the finished product. Open and pour in the lemonade packet along with the allspice and cinnamon; stir. Place the ice cubes from the ice water in a funnel or fine mesh strainer and pour the hot tea over the cubes into the container. Stir again. At this point you should have about 4 cups in the container. Pour in the cold water (where the ice once resided) until you have 2 quarts or 8 cups total. Stir thoroughly, pour yourself a glass, pretend you're lounging at the golf course, and taste refreshment!
